We understand that consistency is essential for experiencing the full benefits of our products. That is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our rituals, subject to the following conditions: “Have you followed the ritual for 30 days and are you not satisfied with the result? Then please contact us within 30 days of purchase via hello@thenordhavn.com.

Show us that you have given the ritual a fair chance by sending a photo of your remaining product. We will refund the full purchase amount, no further questions asked.”

Additional Conditions

To ensure the integrity of our guarantee policy and to prevent abuse, we apply the following additional conditions: One claim per customer: The 30-day satisfaction guarantee can only be claimed once per unique customer. We verify this based on the email address and delivery address to ensure that the warranty is applied fairly and justly. Fixed term of 30 days after purchase: The warranty period starts on the day of purchase and ends exactly 30 calendar days later.

Claims falling outside this period are not eligible for a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to submit the claim in a timely manner.
